  • What does laser hair removal feel like?

    The sensation will change for everyone, but many describe the feeling of the laser pulses as tiny rubber band snaps. Most clients say they were much more worried about the pain before treatment than they were when they actually had the treatment! The treatment is more than tolerable for most of our patients.


    To aid in relief, we have an amazing cooling device that connects to our laser and is used during the treatment. It will keep your skin nice and cool, so you won’t feel the full intensity of the heat.

  • Does KNUE treat all skin types?

    Yes! We have both a YAG and an ALEX laser, which are safe for all skin types.

  • How often should I come in for treatments?

    Everyone’s hair growth cycle is different, so the frequency of treatment will vary from person to person. 

  • What type of machine do you use?

  • Is shaving okay between treatments?

    Yes, but it is not required. We only require you to shave 3-5 days before your appointment.

  • Can I tan while getting laser treatments?

    No. Knue Laser does not treat clients who have been exposed to the sun or tanning beds within the two weeks before each treatment session.  It’s also strongly recommended to wait two weeks after each treatment before prolonged exposure to the sun or tanning beds.
